About Us

Mobile Concrete is a family owned/operated business. Owner/President Albert Dyal has been in the concrete business for over 40 years - starting in 1964, cleaning elevators, unloading sand and block from boxcars and by hand at a concrete plant in Baxley, GA. After a four year stint in the military, Albert resumed work in the concrete industry in 1972, moving up the ladder of the industry and working on major projects like the pouring of bridges on I-95, the building of Kings Bay Naval Base and managing a concrete plant on Fort Stewart  for Billy Herrin. In 1978, Albert and Billy together purchased the plant at Allenhurst from I. B. Downs. Later, Albert added the plant at Glennville and the plants at Darien, Eulonia (which was closed in 2005) and Jesup. He has built, and continues to build, the business with Christian principles as his foundation.

Our Products

Our primary function is a producer of quality ready-mixed concrete. We are also a supplier of sand, rock, "wash-out" (refuge concrete), and metal expansion joints. This Site

This site is a "work-in-progress". The intent was to totally build the site and then upload it. But as time has gone by, the project has "mushroomed" with different ideas and features, so check back often and look for additions and changes. Also, we have included a News page on which every effort will be made to keep current with company and industry related news and events. The management of Mobile Concrete is excited about this venture and hope that you, our customers (current and perspective), friends and family find this site interesting and of some value and assistance.
