Albert Dyal, President and General Manager

Albert Dyal has over 30 years of
experience in the concrete industry and is a veritable wealth of information
about concrete, business, engineering, mechanics and the Bible. With his
hands-on style of management, you will often find him in the vehicle
maintenance shop working on a truck or at one of plants welding or
re-engineering! He is a caring business owner that considers his employees
and customers as part of his extended family.
Scott Hickox, Sales Manager

With almost 20 years in the
business, Scott's job is to locate and obtain new customers to add to our
extended family and keep our
customers happy. If Scott can't answer your question, he has many resources
available to go to for the answer. He oversees all larger projects from the
initial bid through to completion.

Phelisha grew up in the concrete
business and, like many of us here at Mobile Concrete, wears many hats. In
addition to making sure the Home Office runs efficiently, she manages the
Aggregate Hauling Division
and handles payroll. She is also a DOT certified batcher.

Shelia greets our walk-in customers and keeps up
with what you owe. If you are interested in setting up a charge account or

April Duncan, Receptionist/Secretary

April helps keep the front office
functioning. She answers the phone, keeps everything properly filed, makes
deposits, and helps Linda, Shelia, Phelisha and Ollie with the mountains of
paperwork in the office. April does whatever is needed around the front office and as a
DOT certified batcher, serves as a back-up batcher when needed.

Linda pays the bills and keeps the
books straight. As the wife of Albert, she is probably the true "boss" of
the company!
Ollie McGahee, HR/Quality
Assurance/Safety Manager

Ollie is the only "non-family"
member in the front office and he also wears many hats. As
Safety Manager, he is
responsible for helping make sure that each employee goes home safe each day and
that if OSHA comes by, we don't get any citations. Ollie also handles
Quality Assurance and works to make
sure that the concrete that rolls out of each plant is consistently a quality
product. He works closely with Scott Hickox in the bidding process to make
sure the right product is spec'd and Ollie will be on-site for pours of size
to help insure the job goes smoothly and the concrete is as it should be.
Ollie is a certified DOT batcher and technician and fills in for the plant
managers when they are out. He also handles insurance and workers
comp, much of the purchasing, assists in training new drivers, fills
in for drivers and loader operators if necessary, and serves as Phelisha's
backup overseeing the Aggregate Hauling Division. And if you are reading
this, then he has successfully added the cap of web-designer/master to his hat rack.
Maintenance Shop
Rick Joyner, Lee Dyal, Don Lanier and
staff make sure that the vehicles and plants stay in good running order. With
the boss looking over their shoulder a lot of the time, they have to stay on
their toes.
